Description

You will lead the design, setup, and maintenance of enterprise-wide automation solutions.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Partner with QA teams to guide tool onboarding, framework adoption, and initial configurations.
• Define and enforce standardized QA practices, including coding guidelines and test strategy templates.
• Act as the technical point of contact for troubleshooting automation issues and CI/CD integrations.
• Establish and report on key quality performance indicators and metrics.
• Deliver technical training and onboarding for QA engineers across projects and regions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in automation architecture.
• Deep expertise in test automation strategy, framework design, and implementation.
• Proficiency with Java, Python, Selenium, and Playwright.
• Experience with CI/CD Pipelines and Jenkins or Azure DevOps.
• Knowledge of API Test Automation, Data Testing, and ETL Testing.
• Understanding of functional, regression, performance, and security testing types.
• Working knowledge of Agile and DevOps methodologies.
