Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in automation or related architectural roles.
• Deep understanding of ML, NLP, and GenAI technologies.
• Experience leveraging computer vision to enhance automation workflows.
• Strong knowledge of Infrastructure Platforms, endpoints, and enterprise monitoring tools.
• Proficiency with ITSM tools and integration platforms.
• Ability to perform ROI analysis and create business value frameworks.
• Proven experience in stakeholder management and translating technical solutions for business audiences.
