Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable, modular AI-automation solutions that solve business problems.
• Develop AI-driven use cases and prototypes to demonstrate clear business value.
• Identify automation opportunities across business units using infrastructure and endpoint data.
• Create value frameworks, ROI analysis, and business cases for automation programs.
• Translate business needs and technical solutions into clear requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in automation and infrastructure environments.
• Deep understanding of Machine Learning (ML), Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Generative AI (Gen AI).
• Experience implementing automation within Infrastructure Platforms and Endpoints.
• Proficiency with ITSM tools and integration platforms.
• Knowledge of Enterprise Monitoring tools.
• Ability to apply computer vision and NLP to enhance automation workflows.
• Experience managing projects and leading technical implementations.

Preferred Skills

• Strong analytical skills for identifying operational inefficiencies.
• Ability to manage stakeholders and communicate technical concepts to business leaders.
