Description

Lead the design and implementation of enterprise-scale test automation frameworks using Tricentis Tosca. Own the technical direction for automated testing across functional, regression, and performance domains.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks using Tricentis Tosca.
• Lead the implementation and execution of automated test suites for functional, regression, and performance testing.
• Customize and extend Tricentis Tosca functionalities to meet specific project requirements.
• Integrate Tosca with QTest, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the test automation team while analyzing results to optimize coverage.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.
• 12+ years of experience in test automation with a primary focus on Tricentis Tosca.
• Tricentis Certified Tosca Automation Engineer certification (mandatory).
• Proven experience designing automation frameworks using Tricentis Tosca.
• Proficiency in Java, C#, or Python.
• Experience with Selenium.
• Mandatory experience working within Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Master's degree in a technical field.
