Lead the design and implementation of enterprise-level test automation frameworks using Tricentis Tosca.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable test automation frameworks using Tricentis Tosca.
• Lead and mentor automation teams through complex quality assurance lifecycles.
• Apply software testing principles and methodologies within Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Drive testing best practices across the software development lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in Software Testing and Quality Assurance.
• 12+ years of experience in test automation with a focus on Tricentis Tosca.
• Tricentis Certified Tosca Automation Engineer certification.
• Proficiency in Java, C#, or Python.
• Experience with Selenium.
• Proven experience working within Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong leadership experience with a track record of mentoring teams.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate-level education.
