Description

You will architect end-to-end test automation solutions and provide technical leadership for QA services within Agile and DevOps environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and roll out standard automation frameworks for web, mobile, and Windows-based applications.
• Advise clients on automation strategy, long-term planning, and ROI evaluation.
• Integrate non-functional testing and continuous testing into existing automation pipelines.
• Lead the implementation of quantitative test process measurement techniques and hybrid automation frameworks.
• Support presales activities by reviewing technical options, defining requirements, and developing project estimates.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of relevant testing experience.
• Expertise in designing, constructing, and maintaining hybrid automation frameworks.
• Proficiency in Java, C#, or Python.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium, QTP/UFT, Test Complete, Coded UI, or Tosca.
• Experience with Web API automation (SOAP/REST) using SOAPUI, Postman, or similar tools.
• Strong knowledge of database testing using SQL and JDBC.
• Deep understanding of Web .NET, Windows, UNIX, or Mainframe platforms.
• Experience with Continuous Integration tools like Jenkins.
• Proven ability in effort estimation, scheduling, and scope definition.

Preferred Skills

• Domain exposure in Telecom, Healthcare, Energy & Utilities, or BFSI.
• Experience with mobile automation tools such as Appium or Ranorex.
