You will identify IT operational needs and opportunities for process automation and improvement.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze IT operations to identify automation opportunities and process improvements.
• Lead requirement gathering workshops with multiple stakeholders to define and document automation solutions.
• Collaborate with automation designers and developers to integrate solutions into existing flows and platforms.
• Act as the primary liaison between operations and development teams to translate requirements into viable plans.
• Proactively identify risks and optimization opportunities to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT automation.
• Experience working with Windows and Linux environments.
• Proficiency with MSSQL, PostgreSQL, and Oracle databases.
• Experience with system integrations and scripting tools.
• Strong analytical thinking to evaluate complex processes.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to drive initiatives independently.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ServiceNow.
