Description

You will automate and modernize critical data and application functions by migrating legacy MS Access systems to SQL Server and Infor.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Reverse engineer, read, and author MS Access 2003/VBA code to document workflows and stabilize critical legacy functions.
• Design and implement SQL Server schemas, including data flow for modernized processing.
• Build ETL and data ingestion pipelines to parse files, automate validation, and load data into SQL databases.
• Integrate with Infor by designing interfaces, APIs, and bridge tables to pass data between Access/SQL and Infor.
• Maintain on-prem performance by managing indexing, query tuning, statistics, and transactional integrity.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in development.
• T-SQL and SQL Server.
• MS Access 2003 and VBA.
• ETL pipeline development.
• API design and integration.
• Ability to partner with business users to map legacy rules to modern data structures.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Infor ERP systems.
