Description

You will design and execute automated QA tests to validate software functionality and identify process improvement opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Design and write automated test scripts using existing frameworks.
• Investigate software issues discovered during testing and collaborate with developers to resolve them.
• Identify, document, and report bugs and quality issues across development and business processes.
• Gather requirements from end-users to develop effective automation solutions.
• Conduct regression, business, and user testing to ensure system stability.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in QA automation and test case creation.
• Proficiency with Selenium for automation script creation.
• Experience performing accessibility testing following WCAG and AODA standards.
• Hands-on experience testing databases, systems, networks, and applications.
• Knowledge of CuraM.
• Ability to install and configure applications and databases relevant to automation.
• Experience documenting technical requirements and workflow improvements.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in client relationship management.
