Description

Lead the development and implementation of the testing strategy for automation and tooling.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the overall testing strategy, evaluating existing capabilities.
• Lead and mentor a team of automation engineers to ensure successful implementation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test automation objectives and project requirements.
• Reduce regression suite cycle times and develop automation capabilities for progression suites.
• Implement frameworks to update regression suites based on new functionality introduced with each release.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in automation and testing.
• Proven experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) testing for in-house applications.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Terraform.
• Practical knowledge of RESTful APIs and backend testing tools.
• Expertise in Defect Management, Defect Tracking, and Defect Analysis.
• Ability to develop and execute automation roadmaps.
• Strong ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Preferred Skills

• Telecom background involving provisioning, activation, and mediation platforms.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and RESTful API testing.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in a hybrid onshore-offshore model.
