Description

You will design, develop, and execute test automation scripts to ensure high-quality software delivery across web, API, and desktop applications.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop automation scripts for web applications, REST/SOAP services, and Excel-based clients using Core Java.
• Create comprehensive Test Plans, Strategies, and Cases covering functional, UI, and regression scenarios.
• Maintain full traceability between test scripts, results, and client requirements.
• Report bugs and errors using standardized tools within an Agile delivery framework.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to unify technologies and share testing knowledge.

Required Skills

• 3 to 5 years of experience in test automation.
• Proficiency with Selenium, WebDriver, and Core Java.
• Hands-on experience with TestNG, JUnit, Page Object Model (POM), and SDET principles.
• Ability to perform API testing using the Rest Assured framework.
• Experience automating web applications using Java/Ruby and the Cucumber framework.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle SQL (RDBMS) and DB2 database interfaces.
• Experience with GIT for version control.
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools including Jenkins and Maven.
• Understanding of Agile or Scrum development methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience translating business needs into actionable test plans and processes.
