You will build, deliver, and maintain operational tools to reduce incidents and meet service standards.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot issues across validation and production environments in a 24/7 setting.
• Optimize existing processes and design new performance-driven workflows.
• Collaborate with internal customers to define infrastructure automation requirements.
• Develop quality measurements to track project improvements.
• Provide technical analysis and resolve problems in production.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of functional experience as an SRE or DevOps Engineer.
• Proficiency in scripting languages including Bash, Python, and PowerShell.
• Experience architecting automation frameworks.
• Proficiency with configuration management tools such as Ansible, Chef, or Puppet.
• Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins.
• Experience with cloud services, specifically AWS and Azure.
• Experience interacting with REST APIs (GET/POST requests).
• Strong experience administering Linux and Windows Servers.
• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and Jira.
