Description

You will develop, implement, and support process control applications on ABB DCS systems.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and support process control applications specifically on ABB DCS systems.
  • Utilize Advant and 800xA programming tools for system enhancements and troubleshooting.
  • Provide operational support and assistance for DCS capital projects.
  • Ensure all work adheres to industry standards, business processes, and GxP regulatory compliance.
  • Maintain a safe and compliant work culture through collaborative technical support.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in automation or related technical roles.
  • Proficiency with ABB DCS Systems, including 800xA and Advant programming tools.
  • Experience working within GxP-regulated industries such as pharma, life sciences, or medical devices.
  • Practical knowledge of automation system implementation and validation.
  • Degree in Automation, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard job-related applications.

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of PI/RtReports and Profibus interfaces.
