You will automate manual annotation processes using LLMs and GenAI to reduce human dependency in HR performance assessments.

Responsibilities

• Develop automation scripts to replace manual annotation workflows.
• Implement GenAI models to verify and refine assessment accuracy.
• Automate the computation of six key HR metrics.
• Use BDD frameworks for automated testing and validation.
• Optimize AI-generated insights to improve decision-making.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of professional experience in testing and automation engineering.
• Strong hands-on proficiency in Java and Python.
• Extensive experience in Automation Testing and BDD frameworks.
• Practical knowledge of GenAI, LLMs, and AI-based validation techniques.
• Experience with Selenium and TestNG.
• Experience with Cucumber or similar testing tools.
