Description

You will own the design, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise automation workflows.

Responsibilities

• Develop automated workflows using Stonebranch UAC for SAP, AWS, and enterprise systems.
• Administer Stonebranch UAC, covering configuration, upgrades, and performance tuning.
• Create and optimize automation scripts and connectors using Python, Shell, and PowerShell.
• Integrate Stonebranch UAC with ServiceNow for incident, change, and service catalog workflows.
• Build dashboards and reports tracking job execution, SLA compliance, and operational insights.

Required Skills

• 5–8 years in workload automation, with at least 3 years hands-on experience in Stonebranch UAC.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow integration and AWS automation.
• Proficiency in scripting languages including Python, Shell, and PowerShell.
• Experience with SAP and general enterprise automation.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and SaaS architecture.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
