Description

You will design and implement automated certification pipelines for vendor products like Kafka, MQ, and Tibco, aligning them with internal standards.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain reusable automation frameworks and modules to support scalable certification and validation workflows.
• Automate CVE validation, patch verification, and security remediation to minimize manual effort and improve response time.
• Integrate automation solutions into CI/CD pipelines, such as Jenkins, to enable continuous, auditable validation.
• Partner with Security and Platform Engineering to define certification criteria, compliance standards, and validation policies.
• Generate compliance artifacts, reports, and audit evidence, leveraging AI tools for documentation and summarization.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in automation engineering, building scalable workflows and reusable frameworks.
• Hands-on expertise with Python, Ansible, or Java for development, integration, and troubleshooting.
• Practical experience using AI coding assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude) to accelerate development and debugging.
• Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins) and Git-based workflows.
• Solid understanding of Linux, shell scripting, networking fundamentals, and enterprise change management processes.
• Experience operating in regulated or audit-driven environments with a strong focus on traceability and compliance.
• Strong collaboration skills across Security, Platform Engineering, and vendor teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Kafka, MQ, and Tibco products.
