Description

You will design and maintain automation frameworks for infrastructure and application deployment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Ansible playbooks, roles, and collections for system automation.
• Write Python scripts for orchestration, configuration management, and integration tasks.
• Integrate automation workflows with CI/CD pipelines including Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and GitLab CI.
• Troubleshoot automation failures and resolve performance issues on Linux/Unix systems.
• Maintain documentation for workflows and ensure compliance through standardized automation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in automation engineering or similar roles.
• Strong proficiency in Ansible, including inventories, playbooks, and Tower/AWX.
• Solid Python skills for scripting and framework development.
• Experience with Linux/Unix system administration and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of YAML, JSON, REST APIs, and shell scripting.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools: Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.
• Experience with version control systems (Git).
• Understanding of infrastructure automation and configuration management concepts.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Familiarity with Terraform or other IaC tools.
• Knowledge of containers (Docker, Kubernetes) and monitoring tools (Prometheus, ELK).
