Own automated testing strategies to ensure software quality and reliability.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute automated test scripts using established frameworks.
• Implement and maintain automation frameworks for regression and functional testing.
• Analyze complex software systems to identify testing requirements and gaps.
• Apply software testing methodologies and best practices to improve product quality.
• Collaborate with the development team to integrate testing into the SDLC.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Software Development in Test (SDET) or Automation Engineering.
• Proficiency with test automation tools: WinRunner, QTP, Silk Test, or TestComplete.
• Strong knowledge of automation framework design and implementation.
• Hands-on experience developing and executing automated test scripts.
• Solid understanding of software testing methodologies and quality assurance best practices.
• Ability to analyze complex systems and define testing strategies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with multiple automation tools in the specified list.
• Background in building custom automation frameworks from scratch.
