Description

Own the design automation lifecycle using DriveWorks Pro and SolidWorks to deliver efficient, scalable engineering solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and configure DriveWorks Pro projects, including forms, rules, macros, and workflows.
• Automate SolidWorks models, assemblies, and drawings to improve design efficiency.
• Create data-driven design automation solutions and user-friendly input forms with validation logic.
• Generate automated outputs in PDF, DXF, and STEP formats aligned with engineering standards.
• Troubleshoot and optimize automation systems for performance, scalability, and quality.

Required Skills

• 2–4 years of experience in engineering design processes with strong hands-on DriveWorks Pro expertise.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks part modeling, assemblies, and drawings.
• Proven experience creating automated workflows, rules, and forms using DriveWorks.
• Knowledge of product configuration, CAD standardization, and Knowledge-Based Engineering (KBE).
• Experience with workflow configuration and CAD modeling tools.
• Strong logical development skills for scripting and rule creation.
• B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification.

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency in C#, VB.NET, VBA, Excel Macros, and SQL Server.
• Experience with SolidWorks PDM/PLM integration, Git version control, and Microsoft Azure.
