Description

You will develop and implement automated protocols for vaccines, antibodies, and protein products within an R&D laboratory environment.

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and troubleshoot automated laboratory workflows using robotics platforms and integrated instruments.
  • Configure and optimize automation systems to align with experimental objectives and data management systems.
  • Integrate various analytical instruments with laboratory automation platforms.
  • Collaborate with scientific staff to assess manual processes and convert protocols into automated workflows.
  • Document procedures and establish best practices for lab automation.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in BioPharma.
  • Programming proficiency in Python, JavaScript, Java, or C#.
  • Hands-on experience using and troubleshooting lab automation equipment including liquid handlers, plate readers, washers, dispensers, and robotic systems.
  • Experience working with Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS).
  • Strong background in experimental design, critical thinking, and data interpretation.
  • Ability to deconstruct SOPs into automation programs.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and scientific software.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
