Description

You will own the automation strategy, framework design, and execution for P&C insurance software testing.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement robust automation frameworks using Selenium or Katalon for UI and API testing.
• Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts and manual test cases within an Agile environment.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Git, ensuring seamless release processes.
• Triage defects, perform root cause analysis, and track project metrics to meet milestone deadlines.
• Mentor the testing team and coordinate with internal and client stakeholders to ensure quality standards.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Software Testing and Quality Assurance.
• Hands-on expertise with Selenium or Katalon for browser automation.
• Proficiency in API testing and writing complex SQL queries.
• Experience with Test Management Tools such as Rally and JIRA.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD implementation using Jenkins and Git.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and headless automation.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
