Description

You will focus on BMC Helix ITSM development and automation workflow orchestration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain BMC Helix ITSM and BMC Helix DWP Advanced modules.
• Build new integrations using Web Services and REST APIs.
• Create automation scripts and workflows using BMC TrueSight Orchestration and BMC Atrium Integrator.
• Develop front-end integrations in BMC DWP to trigger internal scripts and orchestrators.
• Coordinate with users and Service Management to meet technical requirements and certifications.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in automation or ITSM development.
• Strong expertise in BMC Helix ITSM development.
• Hands-on experience with BMC Helix DWP Advanced.
• Proficiency in BMC TrueSight Orchestration and BMC Atrium Integrator.
• Experience with REST Web Services for platform integration.
• Scripting expertise in Python and PowerShell.
• Knowledge of ESM/BMC monitoring.
• Degree in any graduate field.
