Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement automation solutions for manufacturing processes.
• Create and modify PLC programs and HMI interfaces to optimize machine performance.
• Troubleshoot and debug automation systems to minimize downtime.
• Lead a team of five members, providing technical guidance on automation projects.
• Provide technical support and training to production teams on equipment maintenance.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in automation programming and implementation.
• Proficiency in PLC programming languages, specifically ladder logic and structured text.
• Experience with HMI development and configuration.
• Ability to use function block diagrams for automation software.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related field.
• Proven ability to lead and manage small technical teams.
