Description

Design and implement automation workflows to streamline infrastructure management and operations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop automation workflows using orchestration tools like Stackstorm, Terraform, or Ansible.
• Integrate automation tools with ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow.
• Build and deploy integration scripts using SOAP and REST web services.
• Implement and maintain infrastructure management and automation toolsets.
• Manage and administer Unix, Linux, and Windows platforms.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in automation and infrastructure operations.
• Proficiency in Python, Bash, Perl, or PowerShell scripting.
• Hands-on experience with Terraform, Ansible, or Stackstorm.
• Strong administration skills across Unix, Linux, and Windows environments.
• Experience developing integrations via SOAP/REST web services.
• Solid understanding of ITIL concepts and infrastructure management.
• Degree in any graduate field.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of database technologies including MySQL, MSSQL, Oracle, or MongoDB.
• Experience integrating with Cloud Services.
• Experience with BMC TrueSight Server Automation or BladeLogic.
