Description

You will design, build, and support automation systems across IT, OT, and controls environments within a GMP-regulated manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and maintain automation systems including PLC, SCADA, MES, and DCS platforms.
• Apply AI/ML models for predictive maintenance and process optimization using Python and TensorFlow.
• Build and deploy low-code applications using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI to digitize workflows.
• Ensure all systems meet GxP, FDA, and ISO standards through Computer Systems Validation (CSV).
• Interface automation systems with enterprise tools like SAP, OSIsoft PI, and historian platforms.

Required Skills

• 3+ years experience in automation engineering with AI/OT/controls experience in a GMP-regulated environment.
• Proficiency in PLC programming (Allen-Bradley, Siemens), SCADA, and industrial networking.
• Strong command of Python, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), and AI/ML frameworks.
• Experience interfacing systems with MES, SAP, OSIsoft PI, and data historians.
• Familiarity with Computer Systems Validation (CSV) and GxP compliance.
• Master's degree or Ph.D. required, or recent college graduate within the last 3 years.
• Experience with industrial networking and data integration.
