You will design, develop, and deploy automation solutions to optimize business processes and eliminate repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement automation workflows using Power Automate and RPA tools.
• Analyze existing business processes to create current and future state process flows.
• Develop complex Excel VBA macros to automate manual tasks and improve productivity.
• Deploy and manage solutions across development, testing, and production environments.
• Monitor automation workflows and perform regular maintenance to ensure reliability.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in process automation and business process analysis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform and Power Automate.
• Experience with RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
• Expertise in Excel VBA and developing complex macros.
• Hands-on experience with MS SharePoint, MS Teams, and Visio for process mapping.
• Knowledge of compliance requirements including GDPR and HIPAA.
• Ability to design automation with robust error handling and logging.

Preferred Skills

• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals or Developer Associate.
• RPA certifications in UiPath or Automation Anywhere.
