Description

You will design and execute automated testing strategies to ensure system quality across the full development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering teams on requirement gathering and evaluation using Agile methodology.
• Execute integration, regression, smoke, sanity, functional, system, and UAT testing to identify UI and usability issues.
• Develop Groovy scripts to automate RESTful web services operations including GET, POST, PUT, DELETE, and PATCH.
• Write Selenium automation scripts using Java and manage code within GitHub or SVN repositories.
• Create and modify SQL scripts for MS SQL Server to validate API CRUD operations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in automation engineering.
• Proficiency in Apache Groovy for web service testing.
• Experience testing RESTful Web Services.
• Strong Java programming skills for Selenium automation.
• Experience with MS SQL Server and SQL scripting.
• Practical knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Experience performing UAT.
• Competency with Jenkins for continuous integration.
• Ability to use Jira for defect tracking.
