Description

Maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize industrial automation systems on-site in Gaithersburg, MD.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot Siemens Desigo, Allen-Bradley PLCs, and HMI systems.
• Diagnose and resolve complex automation-related technical issues.
• Develop automation procedures and technical documentation.
• Support the integration of new automation systems and ongoing projects.
• Monitor systems and collect data to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in automation maintenance and system integration.
• In-depth expertise with Siemens Desigo.
• Strong experience with Allen-Bradley PLCs.
• Proficiency with HMI systems.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex automation issues.
• Knowledge of industry-standard safety and quality regulations.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.

• Ability to communicate technical information clearly.
