Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design and implement automated manufacturing and inspection systems for production environments.
• Develop and optimize computer vision and machine vision solutions for quality inspection and process automation.
• Troubleshoot and improve electro-mechanical, electrical, embedded, and automation systems.
• Define system requirements, technical architectures, and execution plans with engineering and manufacturing teams.
• Support validation, qualification, and continuous improvement efforts for automation equipment and processes.

Experience Required:

• 12 to 15 years of experience in industrial automation and automated manufacturing systems.
• Proven experience with computer vision and machine vision-based inspection solutions.
• Ability to develop and troubleshoot integrated electro-mechanical and embedded systems.
• Experience with Python and automation platforms used in manufacturing applications.

Good to Have:

• Exposure to AI/ML-enabled manufacturing applications.
• Experience with sensors, wireless communication, and TCP/IP networking.
• Knowledge of process validation, PFMEA, SPC, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and DMAIC.
• Experience with robotic systems and smart manufacturing solutions.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field
