Description

You will own the application automation and performance improvement efforts for the Loan Director Velocity product within the IT Core lending team. You take end-to-end accountability for task delivery, ensuring code quality and engineering best practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automation scripts for new business capabilities and application performance optimization.
• Identify process improvement areas and implement automation solutions to increase efficiency.
• Collaborate with business partners to communicate technical details and ensure seamless delivery.
• Maintain code quality coverage and adhere to programming standards across Java, Python, and JavaScript projects.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in application development and programming.
• Strong proficiency in Java, Python, JavaScript, and Linux Shell scripting.
• Deep understanding of APIs, Web services, REST, and SOAP integration protocols.
• Hands-on experience with SQL databases (MS SQL Server, Oracle) and NoSQL databases.
• Ability to build dashboards and visualize data using Power BI.
• Experience in financial or banking industry application development.

Preferred Skills

• Functional knowledge of Core banking and lending processes.
• Knowledge of Temenos Collections processes for financial services.
