Description

You will design, develop, and implement automated testing programs and machinery processes to ensure software and hardware quality.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop automation scripts for new and existing software using established guidelines.
• Program, simulate, and test automated machinery including PLCs, HMIs, servo drives, and vision inspection systems.
• Collaborate with QA analysts and software developers to research issues and implement technical solutions.
• Manage multiple client projects as a single point of contact, coordinating with production, sales, and engineering.
• Create electrical component designs and assembly drawings to support manufacturing goals and documentation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in automation or software testing.
• Proficiency in Java, Groovy, and JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium, Appium, Maven, TestNG, and ExtentReport.
• Strong API testing skills using Postman and SOAP UI.
• Experience with mobile testing for native apps and mobile browsers.
• Ability to manage and lead offshore test engineering teams.
• Experience working in collaborative environments using GitLab or GitHub.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies using Jira or VersionOne.
• Experience with BDD frameworks such as Cucumber and Gherkin.

Preferred Skills

• Experience setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins.
• Knowledge of cloud solutions such as Sauce Labs.
• Experience with SQL and JDBC connectivity.
