Description

You will own infrastructure automation and systems engineering to support data center consolidation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Automate infrastructure delivery using configuration orchestration and management tools.
• Develop scripts to streamline operational tasks and system management.
• Implement operating system hardening and standardized deployment templates.
• Manage compute virtualization and converged storage solutions.
• Perform incident triage, including scope determination and service restoration.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in automation or systems engineering.
• Proficiency in Linux and Windows systems engineering principles.
• Experience with Ansible, Puppet, or Terraform.
• Strong coding practices in PowerShell, Python, or UNIX Shell Scripting.
• Experience implementing Java application servers like JBOSS EAP or Tomcat.
• Hands-on experience with VMware technology stacks and Pure Storage.
• Any graduate degree level.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with middleware solutions such as IBM MQ, Kafka, or Confluent.
• Knowledge of DevOps principles and CI/CD tools like GitLab or Jenkins.
• Containerization experience using Kubernetes or OpenShift.
