You build and maintain operational tools, automating processes to reduce errors and optimize performance in 24/7 environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain automation frameworks and operational solutions.
• Troubleshoot issues in testing and production environments.
• Design and update processes to improve system performance.
• Resolve production problems and provide technical analysis.
• Own continuous improvement projects driven by automation.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of functional experience as an Automation Engineer.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Windows Server and Linux Administration.
• Proficiency in scripting with Python or PowerShell.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Chef, Puppet, or Ansible.
• Experience with cloud services, specifically AWS and Azure.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools like Splunk.
• Experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
• Experience interacting with REST APIs using Postman.
• Process-oriented with strong documentation skills in Confluence.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Agile methods (Scrum/Kanban) and Jira.
• Experience with git and repository services like BitBucket or GitHub.
