Description

You will support the development, validation, and deployment of high-speed automation assembly lines and manufacturing equipment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Support design reviews, debugging, acceptance, and validation activities for equipment from external suppliers.
• Manage the decommissioning of equipment at the Keene site and subsequent recommissioning at the Southington site.
• Execute validation activities including IQ, OQ, PQ, and TMVs.
• Provide production support to the Keene Operations team as required.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in a medical device manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on experience with PLC, HMI, Servos, and Robots.
• Proven experience with IQ, OQ, PQ, and TMV validation processes.
• Background in automation control systems.
• Proficiency with standard MS Office tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to travel occasionally to Cambridge, Ontario and Southington, CT.
