Description

You will manage automation equipment development and production support across Keene and Southington facilities.

Responsibilities

• Support design reviews, debugging, acceptance, and validation activities for equipment developed by external suppliers.
• Manage the decommissioning of equipment at the Keene site and subsequent recommissioning at the Southington site.
• Oversee high-speed assembly automation lines and industrial batch washing/siliconization systems.
• Provide production support to the Keene Operations team as required.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in a medical device manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on experience with automation control systems including PLCs, HMIs, Vision systems, Servos, and Robots.
• Validation expertise covering IQ, OQ, PQ, and TMVs.
• Experience with assembly automation systems.
• Proficiency with standard MS Office tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
