You will design, build, and maintain scalable automation frameworks to support functional and operational testing needs.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain scalable automation frameworks to improve testing efficiency and coverage.
• Develop functional and test automation strategies to reduce test cycle times.
• Guide and mentor geographically dispersed engineers on specific project tasks and objectives.
• Execute manual and automated tests to ensure comprehensive coverage.
• Act as the technical QA liaison between IT and business groups.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Java.
• Experience with SpringBoot.
• Hands-on use of Rest Assured and Cucumber.
• Experience with Selenium for web automation.
• Knowledge of Jenkins for CI/CD integration.
• Experience working with MongoDB.
• Strong understanding of database concepts and principles.
• Ability to manage quality planning and risk management deliverables.
• Effective project management and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Preferred Skills

• Experience mentoring geographically dispersed engineers.
• Background in quality planning and risk management.
