Description

You will design, develop, and execute test automation scripts to ensure software quality across desktop, mobile, and web platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop automated test scripts for web applications, REST/SOAP services, and Excel-based client applications.
• Execute functional, UI, regression, sanity, smoke, and production testing.
• Translate business requirements into comprehensive test plans, strategies, and test cases.
• Collaborate with software engineering and testing teams to unify technologies and share knowledge.
• Report bugs and errors using standardized tools and processes within Agile delivery cycles.

Required Skills

• 3 to 5 years of experience in test automation.
• Proficiency with Selenium, WebDriver, and Core Java.
• Experience with GIT for version control.
• Strong knowledge of database interfaces including Oracle SQL (RDBMS) and DB2.
• Hands-on experience with Cucumber, TestNG, JUnit, and Page Object Model (POM).
• Experience automating web applications using Java, Ruby, or Cucumber frameworks.
• Ability to perform API testing using the Rest Assured framework.
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools including Jenkins and Maven.
• Understanding of Agile or Scrum development methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SDET practices and open-source automation frameworks.
