Description

Lead automation engineering efforts and drive quality improvements across the organization.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and unit test applications adhering to established standards.
• Support process improvements within the Pharmacy Quality Engineering group, influencing Operations and Technology Product Management.
• Focus on defect prevention techniques rather than just defect identification.
• Consult with internal and external contacts to ensure best practices and industry standards are used.
• Mentor and train both new and existing team members.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in software automation testing and quality engineering.
• Proficiency in Selenium, Cucumber, Java, Robot Framework, and Python.
• Solid understanding of Object-oriented Programming principles.
• Experience with SQL and Version Control systems.
• Familiarity with Pega.
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite.
• College or University degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
