Description

Design, build, and deploy AI-enabled automation solutions for Finance workflows, owning delivery from initial requirements through production release and on-call support.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Translate Finance business needs into technical architectures and implement solutions using Python, SQL, and APIs.
• Develop and integrate data pipelines that power reliable automation and intelligent workflows.
• Embed enterprise governance, including guardrails, fallback behaviors, and audit-ready documentation.
• Collaborate with internal architects and Finance stakeholders to debug issues and refine solution designs.
• Participate in on-call rotations during month-end and quarter-end close periods to ensure production uptime.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and API development.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML models, LLMs, or intelligent automation frameworks.
• Familiarity with modern AI development tools such as agentic frameworks, AI workflow builders, or similar environments.
• Understanding of data pipeline integration patterns and reliable data movement.
• Ability to translate loosely defined business challenges into structured, repeatable technical solutions.
• Experience designing systems that meet enterprise control, compliance, and audit requirements.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience as a Solutions Engineer, Technical Consultant, or embedded builder role.
• Domain experience in Finance, Audit, or regulated industries.
