Design, optimize, and automate business processes to improve operational efficiency in a complex matrix environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead joint application design sessions to ensure deliverables are reliable and compliant with regulatory requirements.
• Develop and review test plans, including execution timelines and volume estimates.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and developers to define technical requirements and solution enhancements.
• Identify potential risks and implement systematic controls to mitigate process failures.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience with Power Automate, Power BI, Python, Automation Anywhere, SQL, Git, and Jira.
• 4+ years of experience with Snowflake, AWS, and Oracle.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
• Strong understanding of root cause analysis processes and tools.
• Ability to research automation opportunities and identify patterns independently.
• Strong written and oral presentation skills for stakeholder influence.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in financial services or related industries.
• Project Management or Business Analyst Certification.
• Working knowledge of web-based applications.
