You lead a team building Agentic AI solutions for enterprise workflows and incident management.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage automation engineers delivering Agentic AI solutions for enterprise workflows.
• Design and implement intelligent autonomous agents to automate complex operational processes.
• Translate business and operational requirements into scalable agentic AI architectures.
• Develop and optimize prompt engineering strategies, memory modules, and decision-making workflows.
• Build and maintain APIs, connectors, and orchestration layers enabling agent interaction with enterprise systems.

Required Skills

• 15-18 years of experience in software engineering, automation, or AI/ML roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with AI/ML and Agentic AI architectures.
• Proven experience leading technical teams and delivering large-scale automation initiatives.
• Strong expertise in Python and machine learning frameworks.
• Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise platforms and data ecosystems.
• Experience deploying AI solutions in cloud and hybrid environments.
• Proficiency with LangChain, CrewAI, and LangGraph.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with intelligent automation for incident management.
