You will design and deploy automation solutions across enterprise systems, focusing on reliability and efficiency.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain automation scripts using Python, Selenium, and Ansible.
• Deploy and configure ServiceNow, Salesforce, and Dynatrace within large-scale environments.
• Create data visualizations and dashboards using Grafana and Tableau.
• Automate workflows using UiPath, Power Automate, and custom development.
• Optimize customer experience by applying the scientific method to problem-solving.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's degree in STEM or equivalent.
• Strong proficiency in Python and Selenium for scripting and testing.
• Experience with Linux and Windows command-line interfaces.
• Knowledge of Ansible, VBA Macros, and PowerShell.
• Familiarity with AWS QuickSight and data lake concepts.
• Ability to consume REST APIs within scripting languages.
• Experience with agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Octane.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with payments systems and ISO20022 messages.
• Knowledge of PostgreSQL, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• ITIL certification.
