You will design and implement automation solutions to streamline system operations and enhance reliability.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop automation scripts and workflows integrating ServiceNow, Dynatrace, and Datadog/Splunk.
• Automate batch processes using Informatica and Control-M to reduce manual effort.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines while supporting DevOps practices across environments.
• Implement automated monitoring, alerting, and incident response mechanisms for service stability.
• Manage infrastructure configuration using Ansible, Terraform, and Shell/Python scripting.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in automation engineering.
• Expertise with Ansible and Terraform for infrastructure management.
• Proficiency in Python scripting.
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow integration.
• Experience with monitoring tools like Dynatrace, Datadog, or Splunk.
• Working knowledge of DevOps principles.
