Description

You will lead the design and implementation of end-to-end automation solutions across UI, API, and workflow orchestration.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end automation solutions including UI/API automation, RPA, and data automation.
• Define and enforce automation standards, reusable frameworks, and code quality guidelines.
• Drive CI/CD integration for automation pipelines, managing scheduling, reporting, and alerting.
• Consolidate data from multiple sources into executive dashboards, defining and tracking KPIs.
• Manage and mentor a team of automation engineers, owning hiring support and performance management.

Required Skills

• 10+ years in automation engineering (QA Automation, Selenium, test engineering, platform automation).
• 2+ years leading teams (formal people manager or strong delivery/team lead experience).
• Strong experience building automation frameworks using Java, Python, or Playwright.
• Proficiency with UI Automation tools including Selenium and Playwright.
• Experience with API Automation tools such as RestAssured and Postman.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile, CI/CD, and version control (Git).
• Proven ability to create management dashboards and consolidate data for reporting.
