Description

You will design and implement automation solutions to integrate IT systems and optimize organizational processes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop automation solutions using Python, PowerShell, and JavaScript.
• Integrate disparate applications and ITSM platforms using Enterprise Service Bus (ESB).
• Automate data exchange between systems to ensure seamless compatibility.
• Test and validate automation workflows against business requirements.
• Document integration architectures and workflows for compliance.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in IT automation or integration engineering.
• Proficiency in Python, PowerShell, and JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with APIs, including RESTful APIs and SOAP.
• Working knowledge of data formats such as JSON and XML.
• Experience integrating enterprise systems like CRM, ERP, HRIS, and ITSM platforms.
• Experience with automation tools such as Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud-based integration platforms like MuleSoft, Azure Logic Apps, or AWS Lambda.
• Experience in Agile or DevOps environments with CI/CD pipelines.
• Certifications in Microsoft Power Platform or Dell Boomi.
