Description

You will design and drive end-to-end innovation projects from concept to deployment, building scalable solutions with full-stack development, AI, and data science.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain scalable solutions leveraging full-stack development, AI, and Generative AI (GenAI) to solve complex business problems.
  • Apply AI/GenAI techniques such as LLMs, RAG, and prompt engineering to develop intelligent features and proof-of-concepts.
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, and data teams to identify innovation opportunities, assess feasibility, and mitigate risks.
  • Conduct technical reviews of systems and emerging technologies to evaluate readiness and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Debug complex issues, optimize performance, and maintain comprehensive documentation for prototypes and AI models.

Required Skills

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in software development and driving technical innovation projects.
  • Strong full-stack proficiency in Node.js, C#, Java, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
  • Experience with cloud platforms Gcp and Aws.
  • Hands-on experience with DevOps tools, Docker, and Kubernetes.
  • Solid programming fundamentals including data structures, algorithms, and problem-solving.
  • Proven ability to lead end-to-end innovation projects from ideation to delivery.
  • Experience with AI/GenAI tools and data science frameworks.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
