Description

You will own the test strategy, plans, and schedules for sprint cycles.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automation frameworks using Java, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, Ruby, or C#.
• Design and execute API, system integration, performance, and load tests.
• Lead a team of testers in creating and running test cases.
• Coordinate with developers, BAs, and product owners to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Report test progress, metrics, and defect status to stakeholders weekly.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in SDET automation.
• Proficiency in Java, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Ruby/Rails, or C#.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium, Playwright, Cypress.io, Appium, or Webdriver.io.
• Strong understanding of BDD, TDD, and API testing practices.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Gitlab-ci) and containerization (Docker, Podman).
• Familiarity with AWS services, OpenShift, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CDK).
• Knowledge of databases including Postgres, MySQL, MongoDB, or DynamoDB.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AI-driven development tools like Kiro or context-aware coding assistants.
• Proficiency in Kafka, JMeter, or service virtualization tools.
