Description

Design, build, and maintain enterprise-grade automation workflows and integrations using Workato or similar iPaaS platforms.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement integrations between GenAI platforms, enterprise applications, and data sources to enable scalable AI-driven business workflows.
• Own the end-to-end automation lifecycle: design, development, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
• Develop secure, reusable AI integration frameworks, including LLMs, vector databases, RAG pipelines, and automation platforms.
• Integrate identity and access systems (SSO, RBAC) into automation workflows and ensure governance and compliance standards.
• Monitor automation performance, troubleshoot failures, and optimize workflows for reliability and efficiency.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in automation, integration, or software engineering.
• Hands-on experience with Workato or similar platforms (Boomi, MuleSoft, Zapier).
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, and event-driven architectures.
• Experience integrating enterprise applications (ITSM, CRM, HRIS, identity platforms).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and SaaS ecosystems.
• Experience with workflow automation, orchestration, and process design.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AI/LLM integrations and agent-based workflows.
• Knowledge of scripting/programming (Python, JavaScript) and CI/CD pipelines.
