Description

You will design, build, and test automation and digitalization solutions for manufacturing processes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Identify automation opportunities by analyzing manufacturing floor insights.
• Design, build, and test state-of-the-art solutions using researched technologies.
• Commission, qualify, and validate new manufacturing technologies adhering to safety and quality standards.
• Support troubleshooting of existing equipment and implement continuous improvement upgrades.
• Participate in defining and deploying global specifications for automation.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering.
• 5+ years of substantial experience in automation and control roles within manufacturing plants.
• Hands-on expertise in designing, building, and testing industrial automation systems.
• Experience commissioning control systems.
• Ability to understand manufacturing and equipment specifications, including drawings and schematics.
• Experience with instrumentation, local controllers, and supervisory control systems.
• Capability to coordinate personal work and that of third-party contractors.
