Description

Design and maintain scalable test automation frameworks for web, backend, and API applications.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and execute automated test scripts for web and API services.
• Maintain reusable, scalable test automation frameworks using Playwright or Selenium.
• Execute functional, regression, performance, and integration testing.
• Troubleshoot and debug automation scripts to identify and resolve root causes.
• Collaborate with developers to report defects and improve overall software quality.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in test automation.
• Proficiency with Playwright or Selenium for UI automation.
• Strong programming skills in Java, TypeScript, or JavaScript.
• Experience with API testing using Postman or RestAssured.
• Experience with database testing using MySQL.
• Knowledge of test frameworks such as TestNG or Cucumber.
• Familiarity with Git version control and Jenkins CI/CD tools.
• Experience with JIRA for issue tracking and reporting.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and test strategy creation.
